On a beautiful Saturday, September 14, 2024, Akron Inner City Soccer Club (AICSC) proudly celebrated its 25th anniversary, marking a quarter-century of dedication to youth soccer and community building. This milestone event was a heartfelt tribute to the past and present players, parents, and coaches whose passion and commitment have made the club what it is today.

A special thank you goes to the individuals and area foundations whose financial support has been instrumental in keeping AICSC thriving for 25 years. Their generosity has helped us continue to serve Akron’s youth and grow the love for soccer across the city.

We were honored to have the youngest mayor in Ohio, Shammas Malik, join us for this celebration. Mayor Malik officially declared September 14th as "Akron Inner City Soccer Club Day" in the City of Akron, a recognition that fills us with pride and gratitude. His presence and support added extra meaning to this momentous occasion.

As we reflect on 25 years of success, we thank God for all the blessings that have made this journey possible. Here's to many more years of empowering Akron’s youth through soccer, community, and unity!
